Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours after the transaction is completed; If you decide to cancel the order, we will honor your cancellation and refund in full less the non-refundable transaction fee. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed.

Refunds

We’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re having trouble with the product you received, please let us know, and we’ll provide the support you need. You can submit refund requests within seven (7) days after you receive the goods. You can do it by sending us a message on the Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days.

Exchanges & Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one (1) week after receiving the product. We require video proof of the damage at the time of opening the parcels to ensure that it wasn’t the customer that damaged the item. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four (4) weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
